This marvelous Mid Century Modern Hollywood full size rectangular headboard, footboard with siderails bed is in the style of Paul Frankl and is created in gorgeous blond birch veneer. The style is simple, yet elegant with gently angled feet. This vintage 1950s bed was made by Starline L.A. Period Furniture Manufacturing Co., Los Angeles. There is a stamp on the back of the headboard that reads: "L.A. Period Furniture Company." Measurements for this fabulous creation are: Headboard height from top to bottom=34 inches, footboard height=21 inches, Length top to bottom=75 inches, Width from side to side=56 inches. This marvelous Starline bed frame has been well cared for, gently used, is in very good vintage condition and is structurally sound and sturdy. There is light scratching on the footboard with a couple of imperfections/losses. They commensurate with age and use, but do not diminish the beauty or usability of this bed. It is the perfect addition to your home, particularly if you admire the Mid Century style!
