Vintage Indonesian Hand-Carved Wood Coffee Table With Floral Cross Motif

Description

Warm and sculptural, this vintage Indonesian coffee table features a raised cross design with intricate hand-carved floral and leaf motifs. The four recessed panels are framed with carved shell accents at the corners, giving the piece a Tuscan-Mediterranean feel that works beautifully in traditional, rustic, or eclectic spaces. Substantial turned bulbous legs and metal nailhead details along the apron add visual weight and a collected-over-time look. Finished in a mellow golden-brown tone, the wood shows attractive grain and light distressing consistent with age and use. In good vintage condition overall, with minor surface wear, small scratches, and a small area of damage on one side that has been touched up (see photos for close-ups). A solid, heavy table that anchors a seating area and offers generous surface area for books, trays, and decor.
