The seats fabric is a special Eco Nabuk microfiber suede similar to Nabuk Leather and is 100% made in Italy. Cleaning instructions included with purchase. Seats were very lightly used at the estate and are approx 3 years old. Great condition, hard to find secondhand.

All theater seats come as a 2 seat pair with 2 armrests, currently disassembled for moving. All theater seats are in good to very good condition with minimal use and wear. The pictures for each lot are the same and show how they were set up on location, as well as detailed photos of the theater seats themselves. *Last photo set shows the movie theater seats assembled at the consignors estate in their media room, hence the dull color.*

They are from Vismara out of Italy and only been used about 10 times. Immaculate (no smoking, no pets, no spills). Each love seat is stand-alone . They are motorized for reclining position and have built in cup holders and USB chargers.
