This "Final Concord" documents the sale of a messuage and one acre of land in the Parish of St. John, Southwark, from Henry and Mary Ann Woolley to William Harland for the sum of 360.The document is notable for its mention of George IV in his first year as King and its listing of the prominent Justices of the Court of Common Pleas: Sir Robert Dallas, Sir James Allan Park, Sir James Burrough, and Sir John Richardson.
