Description:Vintage Sterling Wide Carnelian Cuff Bracelet, 8" Signed Suarti, 1980's-1990's. Unisex this is a statement bracelet not just in size but in techniques sed to created this - from silver beaded accents to woven designs; rounded flat accents and flat backgrund with raised scrolls with more silver beaded - it's a beauty. The carnelian stone is bezel-set and appx. 30mm by 22mm oval. It has a wider base at the bottom of the bezel with small and larger halo of silver beading at center. The bracelet is appx. 44mm at top center and tapers to a rounded back that is appx. 12mm at the end of the cuff. It is marked sterling and tests sterling with a weight of appx. 72.67 grams. It is signed BA and Indonesia. BA is Suarti that started in the 1980's. This can be pressed slightly smaller and pulled wider. It is never recommened to do this sharply or recklessly as it can damage the silver over time. This does have a slight bend that can be reshaped but really does not interfere with wear. Typical oxidation and otherwise in very good condition. (W31426.23X1 SS17458 J LD 3/20/26).
