This is a replica of an ancient (c. 650 BCE) relief from Ninevah that represents the military campaign of king Ashurbanibal against the Elamite city of Hamanu. It features an Assyrian chariot with a large eight-spoked wheel carrying a charioteer and archer, protected from enemy attacks by shield bearers.
