NEOCLASSICAL-STYLE SILVER-PLATED CANDLESTICKS, PAIR

Description

NEOCLASSICAL-STYLE SILVER-PLATED CANDLESTICKS, PAIR, tapered columnar form with various foliate devices on a three-sided base having musical/drama motifs, each supported by paw feet which rest on a platform base, each with the original bobeche insert. Each impressed to side of base with "HCW" maker's mark next to a crossed sword and "G" mark. Possibly Continental. 19th/early 20th century. 11 3/4" HOA.

Condition

Very good overall condition with minor wear, surface scratches, nicks, and denting, worn spots to silvering.
