A fine quality Victorian silver wine goblet made by the highly renowned silversmith Robert Harper.The bowl has a stylish upper bead wire and lower embellishments of elegant floral hanging garlands. The raised pedestal foot is circular and has additional outer floral embellishing for decorative lowlights.
