Neoclassical Hollywood Regency Brass Aladdin Table Lamp

This early 20th century multi-tiered tall lamp reaches 33" to finial top x 8.5" wide base. The Aladdin lamp measures 9.5" long x 3.75" wide.

Ornate metal scrollwork with brass finish extends upwards from the worn lacquered triangular base, forming decorative supports that connect to the central column of the lamp. This scrollwork features volutes and acanthus leaf motifs, common in historical decorative arts.

A solid brass tapered column flanked by decorative bands at its top and bottom, featuring intricate repeated horse-shoe patterns.

Aladdin's lamp sits atop the column with a curved handle where a candle holder sleeve sits atop.

This ornate tall lamp is a statement piece particular for a foyer, library, office, or living room.

This piece was brought back to a beautiful shine with a heavy cleaning and polishing. The solid brass section that is without lacquer allowed it to be polished to like-new (middle column). The genie lamp maintains its lacquer and the base lacquer is worn. The ornate metal scrollwork is a brass finish which shows wear.
