Under one piece of the desk, it is marked This Desk given me by Aunt Rebecca Christmas 1877, (Uncle Jesses Old Desk). Appears to be in fair to good shape, especially for the age of the piece, the top piece of brass has come loose and is included inside. The piece measures approx 7h x 15w x 11d inches. See pics.
