antique 19th-century Middle Eastern mixed-metal Circular Cairoware Tray and Hand-hammered Rectangular Qajar Persian Tray Dimension: 11"W/ 13"x 8 3/4". Mamluk Revival tray, also known as Cairoware, produced in Egypt or Syria during the late 19th to early 20th centuries.It features a central medallion surrounded by multiple circular cartouches containing flowing Arabic calligraphy and geometric "arabesque" patterns.Rectangular Qajar Persian Tray decorated with eight ornate, lobed medallions (cartouches) containing seated figures, possibly depicting royalty (Shahs), musicians, or courtly scenes common in Qajar art. These are surrounded by complex foliate arabesques and floral borders.
