of arched form, the central opening flanked by pilaster uprights apllied with floral swags and foliate ornament, the arch enriched with further scrolling foliage and centred by an oval cartouche painted with a heraldic shield, all beneath a moulded rectangular top panel decorated in faux marble raised on a skirted base
