This striking pair of mid-century modern brass table lamps, by Flute of Chicago, features a sleek conical base, slender brass stem, and distinctive textured corrugated cardboard shades in a warm, natural tone. They measure 27 1/2" tall, 10 1/2" in diameter at the shade, 6 1/2" in diameter at the base and 20 3/4" tall to the top of the light socket. They are in overall very good vintage condition as shown in the photographs, with age appropriate wear throughout. There is some natural oxidation and wear to the lamp bases, light scratches etc.. The cardboard shades are in similar condition. Both lamps work well and have been tested. The plastic candelabra cover on one has a chip as you can see, but this is totally concealed by the shade. They take candelabra base bulbs.
