1930s signed original fine drypoint etching by listed American artist Sam Thal (1903-1964). Titled "Wolfboro, N.H.". This fantastic etching shows a scene which feels simple yet dramatic. A broken tree and moody clouds loom over a small woman at the mailbox of her tiny worn cottage. Pencil signed lower right. Though undated, we believe this to be circa 1930's. Professionally framed and matted. Back shows a brief bio from the Associated American Artists.
