Striking mid-century Brutalist welded-steel abstract sculpture mounted on a solid white marble base. This vertical totem-form piece is constructed from interlocking rectilinear steel plates, hand-cut and hand-welded in the classic 1960s–1970s studio-craft style.

The surface shows authentic vintage patina with heat-formed coloration, oxidation spotting, and subtle variations from the original welding process "” all characteristic of period Brutalist metalwork. The sculptural form creates bold negative space and dramatic silhouettes from every angle.

Mounted on a polished slab of solid marble with subtle gray veining, giving the piece visual weight and contrast. A strong architectural presence makes it ideal for a console, bookshelf, pedestal, or entry display.

Unsigned, as many studio Brutalist works were, but clearly the product of skilled hand fabrication.
