Description

South Africa and Cameroon. Delicate Ndebele crown with colorful tiny beads and mother of pearl buttons. An Ndebele tobacco fabric bag with small beaded detail, shell button, and copper bells. Lastly a Kirdi cache-sexe rectangular beaded apron with cowry shell fringe. Except for the bag, all custom mounted. Size: 8.5" to 18" H (21.6 to 45.7cm)

Provenance: Blumberg collection, NYC. Collection acquired 1980’s-2000’s, mostly from Santa Fe dealers.
