FACADES are sold as shown in pictures, for visualization the ceiling is 19 feet tall and the columns are 7 foot. If the facade is parallel to column the measure will be approx from the column up. If the facade is set back from the column there may be a 15 inch tall panel that meets the column that will go with the facade not the column. The facades are made of fiber reinforced plastic with wood stud frame and plywood backer board for support. If the listing does not show the backer board, it is THERE! These items will need to be uninstalled by the buyer. Please have the labor and tools necessary at pick up to do so.
