Important pair of Restauration-style candelabra in gilt bronze, featuring a tripod base with claw feet and griffin heads. The columnar shaft is decorated with recessed fluting. They are fitted with five lights, surmounted by a bird with outstretched wings on top of a turtle . Wired with US compliant E12 socket , it was originally to use with candles .; Circa 1850.
