A large suspected American Revolutionary War era shield-style brass belt buckle measuring approximately 4 inches x 4 inches in very good condition overall. The front side of the buckle exhibits a bright brass finish and the rear is a dark brown brass patina with scattered verdigris. No obvious manufacturer markings. This comes from the living estate of an avid Revolutionary War enthusiast. Bidders are welcome to preview items in person during our normal operating hours Tuesday through Saturday 11am-6pm.
