STS-62 full crew autographed commemorative cover signed by all five members of the Space Shuttle Columbia mission crew: John H. Casper, Andrew M. Allen, Pierre J. Thuot, Charles D. Gemar, Marsha S. Ivins, and Charles D. "Sam" Gemar. The signatures appear on an STS-57 mission cover.

STS-62 launched aboard Space Shuttle Columbia on March 4, 1994, and focused on microgravity research, materials science, and atmospheric studies. Commanded by John Casper with Andrew Allen serving as pilot, the mission carried the United States Microgravity Payload-2, which conducted experiments studying the behavior of materials, fluids, and physical processes in space. Mission specialists Pierre Thuot, Charles “Sam” Gemar, and Marsha Ivins supported scientific operations throughout the two-week flight.
