This is a vintage WWII bring-back German Luftwaffe Schirmmutze visor cap in good condition overall with scattered signs of age including several small pin hole sized holes featured throughout the pictures. Please view all photographs prior to bidding. This item features the national eagle insignia of the Nazi regime, a winged wreath with cockade and colored piping indicating branch of service. There is a date and name written inside the visor. The date reads 1943 and the additional text appears to read "LSSAH and ALP" but it is difficult to make out. It is the opinion of the auction house that this piece is a legitimate war trophy bring-back. Overall condition is good to very good. Buyer be your own judge as to authenticity.
