A professionally restored Revolutionary War Era British issued .85 caliber "Wall Gun" flintlock muzzle loading musket in good to very good condition overall. This Wall Gun has a smooth bore that is in good to very good condition with minimal surface rust inside. The flintlock action appears to function properly and shows some rust accumulated around the flash pan. The side plate shows some marks, but if a manufacturer's information was present, it no longer is. We at Journey Auction Services LLC believe this musket was produced by Tower based on similarities but cannot be certain. The barrel also shows British proof marks as well that have partially worn away as well. The finish of this wall gun is in good condition and shows spotted areas of patina and white. The stock shows a few repairs including some chips and what appears to but a splice near where the cleaning rod sits in the stock.
