A fine Islamic tinned-copper coffee pot with brass handle and integral pierced warming foot, circa 1880.
The baluster-form body is densely engraved with arabesques and floral scrolls, framed by fluted bands; hinged domed lid with finial opens to inner cover above central chimney for ember heating via openwork warming foot. Cast brass S-scroll handle with foliate detailing contrasts the patinated surface. Ottoman dallah form with Kashmiri samovar traits, for export service.
