This is appx. 8mm to 8.3mm wide with small polished nuggets with a mix of agate, jasper, quartz, coral, possibly spiny oyster and mother-of-pearl with a filigree box clasp tht is marked .925 and tested and is sterling. Age is appx. 1960's-1970's. Good condition. Oxidation on the clasp that can be polished away. (INV. w.22020.1X1 SS148 J LD 6/1/20)
