26x 13. This weight-driven wall clock was manufactured by the New England Clock Company of Bristol, Connecticut. The clock features a wooden steeple-style case with a dark stain finish, designed in a style reminiscent of a traditional cuckoo clock. The top of the case is set with a cast metal finial depicting a cross with a bird at the apex, positioned above a decorative Gothic double-arch window. The white dial features a scalloped edge and black Roman numeral hour markers. The center of the dial is decorated with painted floral motifs and a religious inscription that reads: HARK WHAT?S THE CRY PREPARE TO MEET THY GOD, TODAY. The lower center of the dial bears a scroll-bordered mark for the New England Clock company of Bristol, Conn.
