The design consists of a cream field centered by an intricate, multi-lobed floral medallion in shades of blue, dusty rose, and tan. The field is decorated with delicate floral sprays and is enclosed by a wide border featuring scrolling foliage and repeating floral motifs within multiple guard stripes. A partially damaged paper label is present on the reverse, which includes the manufacturer's name Karastan, the collection name Karaman, and the text Oriental Design Rug, Worsted Wool Pile, Exclusive Patented Locked-In Weave, and Loomed in Belgium.
