Conical woven fiber hat densely ornamented with cowrie shells arranged in radiating floral clusters, further accented by bands of black and white seed beads at the crown and brim. The strong geometric silhouette and rich surface patterning give the piece striking visual presence, while the shell embellishment suggests ceremonial or status-related use.
