This set contains two pairs of salt and pepper shakers, as two have larger holes than the other. Each caster has engraved decorations around the holes in the lid. There is a swirl finial top to each piece as well. The set was likely made between 1915-1930s. Each caster in the set is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for George Gebelein, a fine quality maker in Boston at the time. The set is in excellent condition. Lids are secure and the interiors are clean, ready for use. The set has no monograms and no monogram removals. One of the lids with the larger holes has a dent on either side of the lid. This is quite minor. We have photographed this in the final photo. There are no split or breaks, and no repairs.
