The partially printed document is an Aufforderung Waffen-SS recruitment and induction notice issued to Ernst Hoh of Remlingen and summoning him for a medical re-examination on 5th March 1943, explaining that his military service record (´Wehrpass´) and employment record (´Arbeitsbuch´) must be brought with him, and that he must personally bear the costs for the military transport tickets.
