An original production script for Peter Weir's acclaimed crime thriller Witness (Paramount, 1985). 

The 111-page script is a revised draft dated March 23, 1983 and features the film's original title, "Called Home." It is credited to Earl W. Wallace & William Kelley from a story by William Kelley & Pamela & Earl W. Wallace. The script is housed in yellow paper front and back covers via two brass brads, with a production staff and crew list (also with the film's original title) included behind the back cover. The pages of script contain highlighted passages in various colors, most of which pertaining to primary and background characters. Presumably, this means that this script was used by someone in the casting department.

Together with a collection of production documents including 35 call sheets, blue revision script pages, a Paramount inter-office memo about changing the title of the film to "Witness," a one-line shooting schedule, an updated staff and crew list, and a cast and crew shirt size list attached with an invoice from the Tee Printing charging Harrison Ford for the shirt order (he paid $695).
