Description
A pair of five-light candelabra in the Rococo Revival style, likely dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. Each candelabrum is composed of a heavy cast metal body, appearing to be a silver-plated copper-based alloy. The central upright standard is topped with a single candle cup and features a midsection designed as a classical urn with lateral scrolling handles. Four scrolling arms extend from the central pillar, each supporting a decorative candle cup. The ornamentation includes intricate molded details such as acanthus leaf scrolls, fleur-de-lis accents, and floral motifs. The pieces are supported by square, tiered bases with flared, scrolled feet and additional foliate decoration. No maker marks, hallmarks, or country of origin stamps are visible on either piece.
