This is Heramba Ganesha riding a lion. The sacred image or vigraha is modelled after Himachal Pradesh bronzes. Ganesha is the son of Siva and Parvati and is worshipped as the remover of obstacles.
Ganesh sits on the back of a lion holding a shield, a stylized ax, his favorite laddhu sweet ball, and he is offering a blessing. The incorporated prabhavali is decorated with silver and copper inlaid "jewels" as is the clothing Ganesha wears and certain body parts.

Condition
