Scarce version with top hat. Embossed on back. When lever is pressed right arm puts coin in mouth. (Very Good - Excellent). 8 - 1/4" x 5 - 1/4".

Working. Cast iron. Lever pulls up hand and eyes roll back. 6 1/2 inches tall x 5 1/2 wide x 6 inches deep and 3 pounds. Paint seems original, but not sure.
