Description: A substantial decorative pedestal cast in a cream-colored stone-like composition. The cylindrical shaft is modeled in high relief with a pastoral maiden, male figure, and putti arranged among flowers, leafy garlands, and ribbon swags. Deep acanthus scrolls, shells, and foliate bands enrich the spreading circular base and broad capital. A round molded top completes the richly ornamented Rococo Revival inspired form.

Exhibits scattered scratches, abrasions, stains, surface dirt, finish wear, and small chips along the top and projecting ornament. Darkening within the recesses appears at least partly intentional to the antiqued finish. Brown streaking is visible across the lower figural decoration. Structurally stable.
