This turn-of-the-century oak hand-cranked wall telephone features a rich quarter-sawn oak cabinet, nickel-plated brass bells, a cast mouth-piece, and a matching side receiver, manufactured by the Kellogg Switchboard & Supply Co. of Chicago, Illinois. Internal components remain intact, showing authentic period craftsmanship including original wiring, magneto generator, and a marked Kellogg condenser with early 1900s patent dates. Condition is good to very good given its age, demonstrating expected surface wear, light finish scuffing, minor chips along the oak writing shelf edges, and mild tarnishing to the exposed metal gongs and hardware.
