German GOTTSCHALK Blue Roof Doll House No. 2446. Ca. 1895. Both the exterior and interior retain many of the original details. The facade on this house displays red/white brick work on upper level, tan/black brick work on the bottom level. Painted trim. Hinged front with hinged door. Front porch has a decorative brass emblem. Second floor has a balcony with lattice type fence. Inside of hinged front, there is a window alcove on each floor. The interior is comprised of two rooms. Both have the original wall papers and floor papers. (Cotton lace curtains are not original to house.) 19 1/2" T x 12" W x 19 1/2" D. Condition: as stated. Repairs have been done to front of house. Loss on (3) windows. Age discoloration on facade. Repaint on roof, windows and porch areas. This is still a wonderful house. It is being sold AS IS.
