German GOTTSCHALK Blue Roof House No. 3298. Ca. 1920's. Both the exterior and interior retain many of the original details. The facade on this house displays horizontal clapboard siding, pale green brickwork on base, side windows. Painted trim. Two-story house, separate wooden steps leading up to hinged front door. Detachable chimney. Second floor covered porch has a hinged door. Brass lattice type fence. Original wallpapers and floor papers in the two rooms. (Lace curtains are not original to house.) Border print paper around ceiling of each room. Back lifts off. 25" T x 15" W x 11" D. Condition: age loss, discoloration. Front of house has a crack. Trim on roof is missing. Overall, this is still a very nice house. It is being sold AS IS.
