German GOTTSCHALK Red Roof House. Ca. 1912. Detachable chimney. Two story house with painted exterior. Painted side windows. Hinged right side with round bay or curved projection. Hinged left side with small porch, hinged front door on first floor, dormer on second floor. Covering over door has lattice type work. House, at one time, also opened from back but no longer does. Each floor has (2) rooms. Downstairs entrance has the stairway going to second floor. Large opening into living room. Second floor hallway has the top of staircase, and window alcove. Hinged door into second room. Round alcove at windows on both floors. Back of roof lifts up to expose attic room. 32" T x 23" W x 14 1/2" D. Condition: house has had restoration. Only (1) room has original wallpaper. The remaining papers appear to have been replaced years ago. Lace curtains are not original to house. This is a wonderful house, worth your time. It is being sold AS IS.
