This lot comprises two hand-carved semiprecious stone bird figurines presented on mineral bases. The larger figurine depicts a macaw-style bird, meticulously assembled from various stone sections. The primary plumage is a mottled green jasper or agate, complemented by a yellow stone wing patch and orange tail feathers. The bird features a black stone beak and is perched on cast metal feet atop a fluted white marble or alabaster plinth. The smaller figurine represents a parrot with a carved red stone head, a teal-colored crest, and a body of mottled green and yellow mineral. This figure is mounted on a rough-hewn white mineral base, which is further secured to a square black stone plinth.
