Buell Wesley Frazier (1944–) is an American eyewitness associated with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963. Employed at the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas, Frazier was a coworker of Lee Harvey Oswald and frequently provided him transportation to work. On the morning of the assassination, Frazier drove Oswald to the Depository and observed him carrying a long paper package, which Oswald reportedly described as containing curtain rods. Investigators subsequently concluded that the package had contained the rifle used in the assassination, although Frazier disputed that the package he saw was long enough to contain the weapon. His testimony before the Warren Commission became an important part of the official investigation, and he remains one of the notable firsthand witnesses associated with the Kennedy assassination.
