Chinese, 20th century. Oriental lidded porcelain urn or container with sloped lid (missing finial) with floral cartouches surrounded by green scrolled foliates on purple ground above tapered lower section with orange glazed spade form handles, winged bird of prey (presumably hawks) on each side perched on flowering peony branches. Marked on bottom in red. Height 9.125", width (across handles) 8.5", depth 4.5". Provenance: From a Private Collection in Warner Robbins, Georgia.
