Japanese. 1940s/1950s. Tumbling Pierrot is "Made in Occupied Japan" representing toys made during the American occupation of Japan from 1947-1952. "Obstinate Donkey" is "Made in Japan". Marked, on box

All original with stern looking Clown riding Donkey. Windup works. Should clean to higher grade. 7" Very Good
