Two Chinese export porcelain Grisaille tea caddies. The larger sits on a flared foot with open work reticulated border. The wide body is decorated with a unidentified European queen or princess on both sides. The flared rim is decorated by a floral border with a central peacock surmounting the figure on one side. The cover emulates the same rim border pattern. The smaller sits on a flared foot with heightened gilt scrolling pattern. The wide body is decorated with a landscape on one side and genre scene on the other. The genre scene depicts a farmer herding two donkeys and a sheep through the countryside. The cover is decorated with two figures sitting on a cliff's edge. "
