We do All our own Packing and arrange for shipping via USPS Priority Mail unless notified otherwise by the buyer. We have estimated the shipping for each item and placed it in the item description field. If we are not notified of any shipping changes or method of payment, we will pack & ship Starting Wednesday after the auction. Any changes should be established prior to the auction or by Tuesday following the auction. CHANGES OF ADDRESS BY THE BIDDER WITHOUT NOTIFICATION BEFORE WE SHIP WILL BE CORRECTED AT THE COST OF THE BIDDER.

*** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.

*** Payment: We honor American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, PayPal & Money Transfers. Address & Credit Card Holder is required of all Credit Cards. All credit cards are checked for authorization. All credit Personal checks will be honored with a fifteen day waiting period for our local bank to clear your check. New Mexico Sales Tax will be charged on items delivered within New Mexico, unless an NTTC is on file at our office.
