This is a wonderful 830 silver trophy from Norway. This piece stands 7” tall and has a diameter of approximately 3 1/2”, the base is approximately 3” wide. This piece weighs approximately 148 grams or 4.75 troy ounces. This piece was likely made to commemorate the winners of a sailing competition. At the center of the piece are five beautifully engraved names with a corresponding date; “Haakon Tyholdt 1918 / Trygve Ekle 1920 / Trygve Ekle 1921 / Sivert Uldset 1922 / Trygve Ekle 1923”. The elegant and precise font contrasts nicely against the ethereal wave-like design at the bottom of the trophy. The trophy is marked “830” at the bottom and bears a maker’s mark. There is a slight dent in the back of the piece, however it is not noticeable from the front. This piece would make a fabulous addition to any silver collection and an excellent desk accessory!Domestic: Flat-rate of $14.95 to anywhere within the contiguous U.S.International: Foreign shipping rates are determined by destination.Location: This item ships from California
