Notes/Literature: The late Charles E. Sigety was a renowned collector of Americana, ranging from examples of Norman Rockwell to important historic documents. A selection of his collection was sold at Christie's New York in 2016

Fair, with corners worn and spine ends frayed, front and rear endpapers and facing blank pages stained, 1/2-inch tear at top of front free endpaper and following blank page, half-title page, and frontis page, spine slightly slanted, and four plates with dark stains around the edges, be advised that all lots in this sale will exhibit some degree of wear due to age and/or handling
