A striking blackware avian-shaped vessel with a stable base complete with the artist's signature, bulbous body with a wide mouth, small protruding beak, and twin drilled eyes. The burnished body has a glossy black glaze, and the interior cavity has a coarse, unglazed surface. Size: 5" H (12.7 cm).
