The walrus grips with highly-arched terminals characteristic of Eastern Anatolian work, the elaborately-filigreed and gilded silver tangband and reinforces set with corals. The long, T-backed blade with single edge wrought of finely-patterned wootz. In its tooled leather-covered wooden scabbard with brass wire seam. Early 19th century. Overall length 47.4 cm. Condition II
