Jozsef Pécsi (1889-1956) was a Hungarian visual artist. His work was in the pictorialist style: painterly, soft-drawn images, noble processes, and soft contours. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'Dancer' sold at Dorotheum 'Art Photography' in 2017. There have been many articles about Josef Pécsi, including 'Eyewitness: Hungarian Photography in the Twentieth Century at the Royal Academy' written for Culture24 in 2011.
