A.A. Smith Plains cartridge belt w/ canvas loops for 45 Cal. cartridges & leather tab plus brass buckle. Approx. 34" waist. Inside back neatly inked "C.W.R.". Additionally random inked "JGS/Mak/I.Fl?". Extra hole in leather tab for small waist. Cracking of leather. Faded brass & very good appearing canvas/ Similar belt additionally marked "Waterville Arsenal". Approx. 36" waist. Left side of belt w/ 3 brass loops secured to canvas. Good conditioned cracked leather. Dull brass buckle. Good to very good appearing outside of canvas; inside has some frayed sections / 2 black canvas Indian Wars period cartridge belts of adj. size w/ cast bronze U.S. marked buckles. 1 Narrow buckle w/out maker's name. Belt marked at mid interior portion "Co.H" & marked near one end "3H 8". Very good overall condition. Second Indian Wars belt has wide stamped brass buckle marked "ANSON MILLS". Back of canvas marked "04" in like condition. Each Indian Wars belt w/ brass ends marked "PAT MILLS & ORNDOFF"/ Springfield Model 1873 triangular bayonet heavily greased in sheath w/ heavy patina finish. Includes swivel belt loop w/ cast brass U.S. swivel. Leather in good serviceable condition. 15 3/4" Hopkins & Allen bayonet w/ fullers, straight Ricasso & missing handles. Appears style used for Belgian Mausers. Poor to fair condition. (02-11514/NW). $700-$1100.
